Adding a signature to Roundcube

Using Your ATC Webmail

You can add images to Your ATC HTML signature in RoundCube by doing the following

1 First you need to set the HTML Editor for "Composing Emails."  If you do not set the email composer to use HTML by default, the image will never display in the signature.

2. Begin by logging into your webmail Select RoundCube from the email client choices if you haven't already done so.

4. Click on Settings, found in the upper right corner of the screen.

5. Look to the left and click on Preferences and  then click on "Composing Messages" on the right.

6. Now go down and under Signature Options, set the Compose HTML messages dropdown to 'Always'. Then Click Save.

Now that you have set the emails to be HTML by default, you can set the signature to have the image.

6. Now look at Settings in the upper right hand corner and choose Identities.

7. Click on the identity you want to set the signature for from the Identities column. In the right hand panel, place you will add your picture in the 'Signature' field.

8. To add an image, click the HTML icon on the toolbar ( move across from the B icon until you get to a picture icon which allows you to insert/edit picture.)

8. Set the Image in the Signature by uploading the Aldon signature picture  (available on dropbox if needed.) This brings up a separate editor box. Enter your image code here and then click Update.

9.The image should now appear in the Signature box. Check that Html Signature is ticked then click on the Save button to save the signature.
